Privacy policy
The short version: we only use your details for the reason you gave them to us, we never pass them on to anyone else, and we look after them properly.
This policy covers Effective Perspective Consulting Limited and this website. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us in a form: usually your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, business name and a short message. If you book a time online, the booking calendar asks for your name and email.
Why we collect it, and how we use it
We use your details only for the purpose you gave them:
- An enquiry or booking: to reply to you and arrange your session.
- A free ebook: to send you the book and, if you'd like, follow up personally.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we won't contact you about anything else unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
We will not sell, rent or give your details to any third party. Your information is held in our own website and email systems, and is only used by Effective Perspective. The only exception is if the law requires us to share it.
Keeping it safe
We take all practical steps to store your information securely and to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Just email info@effectiveperspective.co.nz or call 09 965 3715.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
